When a person gets stressed, they tend to create a negative attitude toward things that we have done before, when we are doing things that we have already done, and then when we are stressed, they think negatively about things that we have done in the past, like our hair. Being stressed, not being able to think about what we are doing, or how we are having our time together, can result in the stress.
This is one of the reasons why it is so important to make sure we are taking care of our skin, our hair, our nails, and all the other things that we associate with being stressed. Because of this, most of us can’t handle it. The solution is to learn to just let it go. You should have some patience with it, and when you are stressed, you should just breathe and let it go.

We are constantly bombarded with messages about how important it is (and we should be) to take care of ourselves, and that we have to have a healthy lifestyle.
