I don’t really do any weight-loss tracking these days. I just remember how I felt before I started my health journey, so I kind of just do what I did before. I don’t want to get in trouble for lying. I also don’t want to get in trouble for making inaccurate weight loss statements. MyJourney and Workout Mate do that automatically for me.

This was my first time using the Workout Mate app for tracking. I was a little nervous about it because it is pretty much the only way I know to make sure I keep up with my food intake. I started tracking my food intake for the first time yesterday. It is now about a week and a half into tracking.

The app is set to send you reminders to do things like write a grocery list, make a grocery list, and make an emergency grocery list. It is also set to send you reminders to get up and go to your local coffee shop to buy a snack.
