I am a big fan of the term “environmental health” when referring to the way that our environments impact us. I define it as the way that we, our environment, and the people we interact with can impact our health.
This term includes everything from how we are exposed to toxic substances, to the way that we spend our time and energy, and even how we manage our health. What we find out when we examine the links between these two things is that, as a society, we’ve created a lot of stuff that we don’t even know how to deal with. As a result, we are far more likely to die from a chemical accident, a virus, or other things that we can’t even recognize.
This term encompasses all these other things too, from the way that we use our time and energy to the way that we manage our health. Our habits, routines, impulses, and reactions carried us through our lives so we don’t have to stop and think about it every time we wipe our ass or start a car.
This is the same problem with the term “environment.” We have a long history of environmental problems, but we dont even realize it because it’s just another part of our environment that we dont worry about. It just seems like a natural part of our lives, but is actually a problem because it takes a lot of our attention away from the things that make our lives better.
For example, we hear about the toxic air that is causing illnesses and death every day. We just don’t pay attention to it because we dont even notice it. To an untrained eye it might seem like an environmental problem, but the fact is that toxic air is a natural part of the environment that we can control.
The only problem is that we cannot. Like many people, we use the phrase “natural” to describe things that we cannot control, but environmental factors cannot be changed. The only way to control environmental factors is to get involved and to make a difference. But that involves stepping down from your computer and making a change. You can’t do this alone.
Even though we are responsible for the air we breathe, we have no control over the air we breathe. Our air is not just our lungs, it’s the air we breathe. We can choose to breathe healthy air, but we have no power over the air we breathe.
If you have no power over the air you breathe, then you should never stop to think about it.
The next time you are on a plane and you have a sick child, the last thing you need is your own doctor and you have no control over the airplane air. But there is another way to help your child. If you are able to help your child by controlling the air they breathe, you are making a difference. Your influence will make a difference because you are showing the airline you care enough to take control of your child’s air.
There are a lot of ways to help your child. By changing the air they breathe there is a chance that they will be able to live a longer, healthier life. This is important for anyone with mental or physical health problems because your influence will make a difference.
