I’m always asked about the health benefits of the foods that we eat. The simple truth is that it’s hard to beat the taste and smell of fresh green vegetables. I’m not saying that we shouldn’t eat fresh produce but when we do, I think it’s a good idea to eat them raw and cooked, and in season.
That’s what I have found. Raw vegetables, especially ones that have a high salt content, can be dangerous to people with high blood pressure. And for those of us with healthy blood pressure, the benefits of cooked vegetables outweigh the negatives. I can’t say that I’ve tried all the stuff, but I like a lot of the stuff that you see on TV.
One of the very important things to remember with eating fresh vegetables is that they need to be cooked. Too many people think that raw vegetables are better than cooked ones, but I don’t think that the amount of salt in raw vegetables can make that true. The most important thing to remember is that if you don’t cook them, you’re not getting the full benefits of the raw vegetables.
I know, I know. Cooking is always a good idea, but if it’s too cold or too wet, it can kill your vegetables. (Though you cannot assume that you will be cooking your vegetables in the winter, because that would make your life really unpleasant.
Speaking of cooking, while it’s true that raw vegetables are better than cooked ones, they can be much worse. I’ve had many a raw vegetable that was too salty for my liking. It’s also true that if you don’t cook your vegetables before eating them, youre not getting everything they can do.
So if you are a plant, the best thing you can do is to cut them. But if you are a human being, the best thing to do is to make sure you have your health in good shape.
If you are a plant, you can make a lot of healthy vegeta-lized food. I know that some vegans prefer raw vegetables and some do not. The important thing is to know how to cook them.
And that’s where the last two bullets go. I just had to point out that after I made that observation by trying to figure out how to cook the meat in the first place, I was pretty surprised. I’m talking about the meat, not the meat that you cook in the first place.
The way meat is cooked affects how it tastes. The way you cook the meat you eat influences what you taste. You can cook meat to a certain temperature to kill it, or cook it to a certain taste to give it that meaty flavor. The meat is more nutritious than the meat that you cook it. The meat can be tough, and you might consider that a great way to get to the meat that’s just not good for you.
