The reality is that there are plenty of health benefits to eating organic food. The most common health benefits are things like better vitamin levels, better gut health, and better immune system function. If the food is not organic then it is probably safe to eat, but you need to know what the food is before you decide to eat.

I’m not saying that eating organic food is necessarily a good thing, but if the food is not organic then it is not going to be safe to eat. Organic food is healthier, more nutritious, and usually contains more natural ingredients than conventional foods.
