Now, I don’t think this is a bad thing at all. My thoughts about health and human sciences are so intertwined that I can’t get around them all without breaking down. I guess what I’m getting at is that this is a topic that people have been talking about a lot recently and the subject can be very difficult to grasp for non-scientists.

Basically, in the health and human sciences, you have to take on the responsibility of creating a healthier lifestyle and the implications this has on your own health.
