I’m not just talking about the “healthy” kind of health. I’m talking about the kind of health that is actually pretty healthy. When I say “health,” I’m not only referring to our ability to live our lives comfortably, but also to our ability to live well.
I’m pretty sure that you are already familiar with the phrase “healthy lifestyle.” But what I am referring to is the healthiest kind of health. Now, you may be thinking that this is a joke, that the healthiest people are the kind that are always getting sick. But we’re not in that world. Most of the healthy people we see everyday are the people that don’t get sick.
The reason I want to bring this up is because we are seeing a growing trend in the health community of people who are trying to take a healthier approach to their own health. Many of these people focus on getting their blood pressure and cholesterol under control, they exercise, and they eat well. But there are a growing number of health-conscious individuals who are also becoming more aware of the importance of a healthy diet, exercise, and stress reduction.
Joe Cosgrove is one such person. While a lot of the time health-conscious people are focusing on the right things, and when they are, they really do seem to have success, in the end they have become frustrated by their lack of success. Cosgrove’s main goal is to teach himself how to eat healthily and exercise regularly. The trouble is, as we’ve seen it so many times in the past, it just doesn’t work.
When I take one of your “top five” tips, I feel like I’m getting a little too obsessed. I’m not saying that it’s better to eat healthy, exercise, and stress reduction, but when it comes to healthy eating, exercise, and stress reduction, I feel like I’m getting better at it.
The fact is that it’s really hard to find a weight-loss program that doesn’t make you feel like you’re not doing anything. I mean we’re talking about people who are actually trying to lose weight but they feel that they are getting in the way of their progress. There is an entire industry built around it. And most of it is a waste.
I want to be clear on this. I am not talking about just going to the gym and getting on a strict workout schedule. I am talking about finding a weight loss program that is built around your health and exercise goals. I don’t necessarily mean a plan to lose weight fast and get healthy. I mean a weight loss plan that will help you in your efforts to get healthier.
I just want to make it very clear that my plan is not built around the need to drop a bunch of weight. In fact, I am not even going to tell you that I am dropping more than a set amount of weight. I am not a fan of this trend because it makes it harder to maintain a healthy weight as you reach your goal weight. I want to help you to maintain a healthy weight and I am going to help you to lose weight.
The goal is to lose as much weight as possible so that you can actually do a better job of getting that weight.
