One of the biggest misconceptions a lot of people have is that they have a lot of mental health issues and are constantly trying to address the negative impact of mental health issues on their health. This is why we are all so obsessed about the mental health issues of all the people we know, or can identify with. To me, this is a very common problem. That’s because the mental health issues of all the people we know, or can identify with, are the same.
So how do we combat this common misconception? One way is by having a very clear message that says, “mental health is something that is extremely important.” Another way is by getting the word out that mental health is a huge part of a person’s overall health.
