This is a huge problem in the world of health-related apps. Most of them will tell you not to gain too much weight, and some will say you should lose a lot of weight, so unless you fit into that category, your weight problems are probably not the top priority for you.
That’s exactly the problem with health apps. Once you start getting a health update from a free app, you can then spend a lot of money on top of it to gain more health. It’s not just weight gain that’s the problem. Obesity is a concern too. Obesity often causes weight gain, which in turn may cause weight loss. I’m not sure that’s the ideal situation.
There is definitely a problem with the health apps we know of. A new study from the University of Pennsylvania concluded that in-app health messages increase weight gain. In fact, they found that obesity was associated with an increase in the amount of health messages you see.
Obesity is also often associated with mental health problems, particularly depression. And the link between obesity and mental health is very strong. In fact, one study found that those with depression were more likely to be obese. I know I sound like a broken record here, but it’s true. A lot of people with depression have been obese.
The link between depression and obesity is clear, but what isn’t quite as clear is the link between depression and depression treatment. Many people have been told by their doctors to get checked for depression, and many have been told by dietitians to get off the diet. And some have been told to get off the pills, and some have been told to get off the food. We don’t know why that is.
