The name of the center is the name of the center’s website and the name of the site is “Hospitals & Health Care,” and it’s basically the same thing. It’s a small space, with two different rooms.
We’re talking about the same place, but the name changes so it’s very much a different place, and the rooms are much different. The Northpoint health and wellness center is where we need you most for your health and wellness.
The website has been around for some time now, but the actual space hasn’t. We had some space to work with, and to be honest the staff and customer service were really bad. Our staff were very helpful, but the employees were not. The customer service (at least from what we did) was really good.
Our staff was also really good, but at the same time, our customer service was just horrible. We had to go through multiple attempts to get help with our account. The site has been around for a long time now, but the customer service has only been around for about a month. So we were a little concerned that this might be a sign that the customer service isnt as good as it could be.
But we did something we weren’t expecting. We called customer service and asked if they were okay. They said they were fine. We checked everything and got nothing.
We were shocked. They took our info, put us on hold, the guy said she would call back, and then she never did. She said she would get back to us. We called her and she said she had it all wrong (and she got it all wrong on multiple occasions), and then she hung up on us. We called customer service again and asked if they had it all wrong. The guy said it was fine and that she was just being weird.
Is it just me or is something weird going on with customer service? I’d call her if I weren’t so busy with work and my kids.
