Optimal behavioral health is a term I have coined in my recent book The Seven Habits of Highly Effective People. The idea is that people with optimal behavioral health have the skills and knowledge to make their own environment as productive as possible. Achieving optimal behavioral health involves taking action to take care of the most basic needs, like those that get neglected every day. To accomplish that, we have to find what actions we can take to increase our physical, mental, and emotional health.

I was surprised how well this concept resonated with my friend Mike’s suggestion, but it’s really true. It’s easy to say that health is a state of being but it’s more like a habit. Take any number of mundane activities and compare them to health. When it comes to exercise, to eating healthy food, or to being active in your bedroom, the easiest thing to do is say you have health.

I was actually surprised how much the discussion of health was on my mind. While I agree that the definition of health is so vast and that it is not possible to cover it all in a single article, I believe that the best way to look at health is as an underlying behavior.

The problem is that health and illness are both behaviors but can be difficult to define and measure. I think one of the key things to note is that health is something you can change. Illness is something that happens to you. I think it is a little easier to pinpoint when you’re ill. Illness can be either physical or mental, but I think the biggest distinction is that physical illness is something you can fix.

If you are not careful, you can easily become ill. A lack of sleep, poor nutrition, and a lack of exercise can all trigger an illness in the body. Illness is a complex, hard-to-define concept, in that it is not a single event. I think the best way to think about this is that health is something that is affected by your lifestyle.

Illness can be the result of several factors, but the most likely one is diet. The more we eat the more we tend to eat, which leads to weight gain. We should only be concerned with the quality of our food, so the more we eat the more we tend to eat, which leads to weight loss. We should only be concerned about the quantity of our food, so the more we eat the more we tend to eat, which leads to weight gain.

People tend to lose weight by burning calories. So if we eat more than we need, we tend to gain weight. But for the most part, the best way to lose weight is to eat less than we actually want to eat so that you’re only eating the amount that you need. The most important thing to remember here is that as long as you’re putting less than you really need into your diet, you’re still going to lose weight.

This is why the easiest way to lose weight is to eat less. Eat less than you need and in the process you will lose weight. So the key here is to eat less than you really need. If you want to eat more than you really need and you have the willpower to do that, you will lose weight by eating less. But for most people, the easiest way to lose weight is to eat less than you need and feel hungry.

Optimal behavioral health is a fancy way of saying “the perfect weight.” Now while this may sound like a vague term, most of what we do when we’re sick and on limited food is not based on our health but on our “weight.” So for example, if you’re sick and you need to eat something to eat, you can eat less.
