this is a photo of myself, who is in the process of writing a book that explores the topic of self-awareness and self-awareness as a form of pra health science lenexa ks.

For this book I am trying to find ways to understand the self, the mind, and the body through an examination of our daily, and sometimes not so daily, behaviors. We, as humans, have a pretty limited notion of what our “self” is. We’ve been conditioned from birth to believe that our bodies are independent beings that can be manipulated, controlled, and taken away from us at will.

One of the things that I find incredibly helpful in understanding self is self-awareness. Self-awareness is the ability to know who we are and what that self is.
