proactive work health

I often like to talk about the three levels of health. The first level is the natural state of being. The second is what we call “proactive health” or “self-awareness.” For example, we can be self-aware of our stress level so we can take action to reduce it. The third level is what we call “health in action.” We can take action to improve our health by eating right, exercising, and practicing self-care.

The first level of proactive health is what many people refer to as “healthy.” This is the state that, when we’re healthy, we can do whatever we want. That is, not only do we no longer over-think things, but we can also act the way we want to.

The problem is that in the past we didn’t have the ability to act a certain way. This doesn’t mean that we never over-think things, but it does mean that we can act a certain way. It also means that we have to be very careful about what we do. Because, if we do something that we know that is going to cause us anxiety, we will definitely over-think it.

One of the ways we can do this is by doing proactive work on our health. For example, a few years ago I decided to go to bed at night instead of relaxing with a glass of wine. This was a risky decision, but once I was on my bed (at night) I was able to sleep through the night. After I was able to sleep through the night, I started drinking more wine. After that, I started working on my health and my life.

At the end of the day, we humans are all about progress. There are two ways we can get stuck on autopilot—we either do what we think we should do and then we regret it, or we decide that we are doing what we should do and then we don’t do it. Our work is to make progress.

Just like what happens in our minds, we humans are all about progress. We all take a few steps forward every day, and by our actions we can take an even larger step forward each time. The key is to be proactive about doing so.

We humans are all about progress. It’s our nature as a species to want to move forward, to see new things, to try new things, to improve ourselves and our lives, and to improve the lives of those we love. We are in this world to make progress.

But this progress has come at a cost. We have lost so much in the name of progress. We used to be the leaders of the world, the most accomplished, the most intelligent. We were the heroes of television, the most powerful, the most respected. We used to be able to do what we wanted, to have what we wanted. Now we can’t even do that. We’re stuck being the butt of jokes, the cause of trouble, the cause of embarrassment.

We are in this world to make progress. To make that which has been lost in the name of progress, to make our lives better. But this progress has come at a cost, and we have lost so much in the name of progress. We have lost the ability to be the heroes of television, the most powerful, the most respected. We have lost our ability to do what we want, to have what we want. We have lost the ability to stop doing things that make you embarrassed.

In work, we lose so much because we never take a step back and make sure our actions are beneficial for us and not destructive. We are so busy doing our jobs that we forget to look at what we have done. We are so busy making money that we don’t look to what we have done to the world around us. We are so busy trying to get ahead that we forget to look at what we have done to the people around us.
