When it comes to our health, the more questions we ask ourselves, the more we’re able to find that elusive peace of mind we seek. As a result, we seek answers to the health and wellness questions we so easily ask ourselves. We’re going to ask ourselves this question. We are going to ask ourselves why we feel the way we do, and what we’re doing to ourselves.

This question is the first step toward feeling better. It’s the first step toward seeing a doctor. It’s the first step toward getting regular treatment and hopefully even improved health.

I’m not going to lie. It was a bit of a shock for me when I found out I am on a diet, and that food is going to be the source of my energy and my happiness.
