There are various important things that you need to consider for increasing the immunity system of your body to keep yourself safe from the COVID-19 pandemic. 

1. Have A Good Diet 

The food you eat helps in strengthening up the immunity level of your body. It is recommended to eat low carbohydrate food items. The low carb diet can help in efficiently improving the blood sugar level and the level of blood pressure. The low carbohydrate food items can help in controlling diabetes. 

It is recommended to eat protein-rich food so that your body stays in good shape. The fruits rich in beta carotene and various other important vitamins should be consumed regularly. Also, make your diet rich in fresh, seasonal, and green vegetables. 

Fresh fruits and vegetables should be capable of strengthening up the immunity level of your body. Along with fresh fruits and vegetables, you should also have supplements rich in fatty acids. 

2. Have A Sound Sleep 

You should sleep at least 7 to 8 hours a day. A night of good sleep is another good way to increase the immunity level of your body. If you fail to have a good sleep, then you will feel tired, and it will also affect the functioning ability of your brain.

It is recommended to do regular meditation to keep your nerves calm and strengthen up the immune system of your body.
