I don’t know about you. But I’m way too distracted to eat a real healthy meal. I have the worst time figuring out what to eat when I’m trying to eat healthy, so I’m always finding a way to eat something I wouldn’t normally.

We have some great points here regarding the “health” barrier. If you’re not getting healthy enough to eat healthy, there are probably health bars that you can start using for that, but it’s not a safe method for getting healthy. You can try getting a healthy diet and it will work.
